What is an EPC
An EPC - Energy Performance Certificate is an official document which details the rating, performance and anticipated energy demands of a property. The scheme was introduced by the Government in 2007.

Why do you need an EPC Certificate
Landlords legally require a valid EPC when renting out a property. Individuals selling their home also require an EPC. If you have upgraded or intend to upgrade your properties energy rating, you too would benefit from carrying out this service.
