Why do you need a Legionella Assessment
Government regulations state Landlords & Businesses must carry out regular Legionella assessments to adhere with Health & Safety laws. Should an outbreak occur, Insurance policies are unlikely to be covered if checks are not in place. Most importantly by carrying out regular inspections, tenants and guests are kept safe & healthy.

What is Legionella Disease
Legionella is a severe form of pneumonia, it can be a deadly disease especially in the elderly or those with weakened immune systems. Legionella can be found in domestic water supplies. It can be easily spread by water droplets and vapour e.g when showering, which is why it is so important regular checks are carried out.
